Thank you for choosing Anytime Cleaners as your trusted cleaning provider! We believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and hassle-free for our customers. Please review our terms carefully to understand how we ensure a seamless cleaning experience.

1. Pricing & Cleaning Schedule

Before service begins, we will agree upon a cleaning frequency and pricing structure based on an onsite visit and assessment. The agreed terms, including service location and pricing details, will be outlined in our official proposal.

2. Invoicing & Payment

• Invoices are issued on the 20th of each month.

• Payment is due within seven (7) days from the invoice date.

• Payments can be made via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), Visa, or Mastercard (note: card payments incur a 3% processing fee).

• Payment details and links will be sent directly to the responsible party via email.

3. GST & Pricing

All quoted prices are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.

4. Cleaning Supplies & Special Requests

• Anytime Cleaners provides all standard cleaning chemicals and materials.

• If a customer requires specific cleaning agents (e.g., hypoallergenic or specialized products), prior notice must be given before the first service. Additional charges may apply for specialized cleaning products.

5. Property Access

The customer must ensure that Anytime Cleaners has access to all areas scheduled for cleaning at the agreed time and date.

6. Non-Solicitation of Cleaners

Customers acknowledge that our cleaners have received professional training. To protect our investment, customers must not directly or indirectly hire or engage Anytime Cleaners’ staff for independent cleaning services within 12 months of contract termination. Violating this term will be considered a breach of contract.

7. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

• Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.

• If a cleaner arrives on-site but is unable to perform the service due to circumstances beyond our control, a Call-Out Fee equivalent to 60% of the per-visit cost will apply.

8. Contract Termination

Either party may terminate the cleaning agreement with 30 days’ written notice specifying the termination date.

9. Agreement Scope

This contract represents the full agreement between Anytime Cleaners and the customer. It supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements. Additionally, customer rights and obligations cannot be assigned to any third party without approval.
